Flow Meter Technology

We offer a full range of filling machinery using volumetric, electro-magnetic or mass-flow metering from 50ml to 10 litres or 250ml to 20 litres on the same machine.

Each machine type is available with one of the three metering systems

1. Volumetric meters with rotary piston, provide an economic solution to filling any liquid without particulates.
2. A static system based on physical characteristics the electromagnetic flow meter has good accuracy and easy cleaning for all conductive liquids.
3. Mass flow - a state of the art static system for all liquids is the most accurate and is easy to clean.

Bench Top Liquid Filler (Mobile)

A stainless steel or epoxy coated table is equipped with a pump, a flow meter and a cut off type nozzle to fill accurately a very wide range of liquid products.
The unit may be moved to the production area for easy access to bulk containers and can be programmed to fill from 10ml to 5 litres.
Ideal for acids and bleaches, horticultural chemicals or car cleaning products. An air operated manual cap tightener is optional.

Mobile Filling Trolley

Constructed in either 304 stainless steel or epoxy coated and PVC this unit allows filling of different containers from 5 litres upwards. The selection of several different options allows machines to be built to exact customer requirements.
Each trolley consists of four components :

• A control console with electronic preselector to control the volume
• A flow meter (selection may be made from the three types available)
• A fill nozzle specific for each product with cut off valve
• A supply pump

These trolley fillers are ideal for subdividing bulk product and may be used close to the production or storage tanks.
