For opening and sealing ampoules

This machine has been designed to meet the requirement from users who wish to process small runs of ampoules.

For opening closed ampoules, ranging in size from 1ml to 25ml the ampoule is placed in the jaws and is opened by a flame. Ampoules are then filled independently and the filled ampoules placed on the machine which is now ready to seal the ampoule. The top is drawn off by means of a gripper assembly whilst the ampoule is spinning in the flame, and may be released away from the sealing area into a special detachable container. The seal is quick, regular and equivalent to that obtained from an automatic machine.
